  Our dining experience, and that is what it was; an experience, was impeccable from start to finish. The gentleman who was our server (Paul) was spot on with his recommendations and attentiveness. We loved the huge ricotta meatball appetizer and the comped eggplant/tomato spread.

  Last time we went it the steaks were cooked perfect. They waiter seemed new but did a good job. One time I ordered a medium rare steak and it came well done. That was only one time. Every other time the steaks were perfect.

  Our experience on 3/17/17 with the later dinner service was fantastic! Daniel, our server, was amazing! Best waiter we've had anywhere in Vegas by far! We hadn't been to an Outback in several years, and he took extra time to explain to us how the restaurant has made many changes to improve the menu and food, and they definitely have! He made excellent suggestions with what to order and pairings. All of the food we had was amazing, all steaks cooked to our exact requests. Even my bloody mary was on point! Everything was brought out quickly, we hardly waited at all. We will definitely be back to this location! Outback has stepped their game up!
