  Every experience here is the worst. I typically like Carl's Jr. but I avoid this location because it's the slowest fast food ever. This morning I pulled up to the drive through and sat there and no one answered to take my order. It's never busy here so I don't know why they take so long to do everything! They should just close this location.

  So, I typically come here about 2-3 times a week around 6:30am. (30 minutes after they open) I usually am out of the drive through within 5 minutes of ordering my normal biscuit and gravy.
  Well today I ordered the usual. I pulled up to the window to pay and sat there at least 7 minutes waiting for the guy to take my money. He finally came to the window and said, "We're still waiting on the biscuits to come out of the oven. It's going to be at least another 5 minutes." He asked if I wanted anything else and I said a small hash brown and he said it would be 3 minutes on that. I proceeded to tell him that he could could have came to the window when I first pulled up and told me that about the biscuits and I couldn't have minded, so I basically wasted 10 minutes in a 'fast food' drive through when they should have had biscuits ready after being opened for over 30 minutes. Very disappointed and won't be going back to this location.
