I got a side salad, a nice option, and it was fresh and crisp. We didn't try the shakes, the wife is lactose intolerant, or the chili dishes, though they looked interesting.
Cheaper than room service, for sure. The staff was friendly at the pickup window, another nice feature. We've got a Steak 'n' Shake near where we live in Reno so we'll have to go and explore the menu.
